Q: What is the payment schedule and deposit?

A deposit is required to hold the date. Totals over $3,000 require 25% down, while totals under $3,000 require 50% down. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

Q: Is BYOB or outside bartenders allowed?

Outside alcohol and outside bartenders are not permitted. A minimum wine purchase is required (1 bottle per 4 people). Special requests for specific beers, ciders, and NA drinks can be honored. Mobile bars are allowed with a 20% surcharge.

Q: What are the food and catering options?

Outside catering or Food Trucks are allowed for a $10 per person fee. We also offer a limited in-house menu starting at $30 per person.

Nestled on a 15-acre sloping terrace, Kason Vineyards offers panoramic views of the Willamette Valley. Our boutique setting provides an intimate backdrop where the "rain shadow" effect ensures beautiful skies for your special day.

A Natural Sanctuary

Our vineyards are sustainably farmed and dedicated to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the traditional Burgundian style. Exchange vows overlooking the vines, then celebrate with a sunset reception that captures the soul of Oregon Wine Country.

Our Tasting Room offers an indoor modern cabin setting for groups of 75 or less. This space is suitable for an after-hours dinner party, reception or corporate retreat. This space holds a maximum capacity of 40 seated and 75 standing.

The Patio space is a versatile outdoor space for intimate gatherings or cocktail parties. This space holds a maximum capacity of 50–80 seated.

The best of both worlds! Combine these two spaces for an indoor and outdoor experience. Set up will be customized based on the needs of your event. Maximum capacity will vary.

Experience the rustic elegance of our estate with an in-house catering menu inspired by the heritage of our working farm. At the heart of the meal is our Texas-style smoked brisket, slow-cooked to tender perfection and seasoned with a depth of flavor that mirrors the complex, earthy notes of our estate-grown Pinot Noir.

This centerpiece is paired with traditional chuckwagon baked beans, simmered for hours to achieve a rich, savory sweetness, and a creamy home-style potato salad that provides a comforting, classic touch. To balance the hearty flavors of the smokehouse, we include a vibrant mixed greens salad, featuring fresh seasonal harvests sourced locally. Every element is thoughtfully crafted to complement the refined acidity of our estate Chardonnay and the bold character of our Pinot Noir, offering a celebration of our land and the surrounding Yamhill-Carlton region.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full payment is required.

Are there additional fees (Overtime/Guests)?

Additional Guests: $25 per person.
Overtime: $200 per hour after 9:00 PM.
Insurance: Renters must provide venue insurance and personal injury waivers.

Parking & Access

What is the parking capacity?

We can accommodate up to 40 cars.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes. We provide 2 ADA parking spaces, an ADA access ramp, and an ADA-compliant bathroom.

Is there public transportation or shuttle services?

No, there is no public transportation nearby and we do not offer a shuttle service.

Is there a bridal suite or place to get ready?

We have two bridal suites avalible, other accommodations for getting ready can be discussed upon request.

Are there restrooms on-site?

Yes, restrooms are located inside the tasting room.

Venue Details

What is the venue capacity?

Inside the Tasting Room: 28 people. Outside decks (3): ~75 people.

What is the backup plan for inclement weather?

Indoor space is available for use in the event of bad weather.

Are there noise restrictions and curfews?

Yes. Music must end by 8:00 PM, and all events must conclude by 9:00 PM.

What amenities (Heat/AC/Wi-Fi) are available?

We have heating and air conditioning inside of the tasting room, Wi-Fi is available.

Wine & Catering

Is there a minimum wine purchase?

Yes. We require 1 bottle per 4 people, or a predetermined amount of wine and/or beer.

Decor & Sound

What are the decoration rules?

Non-permanent decorations only. No open flames. No tacks, nails, staples, or adhesives are permitted on the walls.

Are there restrictions on photography or sound?

Photography is allowed but must be pre-approved. We do not provide sound equipment; renters must furnish their own at their expense.
